TimeBoxr (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a time‑management app that helps you plan blocks, stay focused, and review your productivity. We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your data safe. This Privacy Policy describes what information we (do and don’t) collect and how it is used.

1) What We Collect

• Account data: Not required. TimeBoxr does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email, or contact details.
• App content you create (tasks, time blocks, categories, preferences): stored locally on your device. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, this data is stored in your private iCloud, governed by Apple’s policies.
• Notifications & Live Activities: We request permission to send local notifications and show Live Activities to run timers. No notification content is transmitted to our servers.
• Analytics & diagnostics (optional): Crash reports and performance data may be collected via Apple/OS-level services when you opt in to share analytics. This information is not linked to your identity by us.
• Tracking: TimeBoxr does not use third‑party advertising, tracking SDKs, or cross‑app tracking.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide core features (scheduling, timers, analytics).
• Improve stability, performance, and usability.
• Respond to support requests.

3) Data Storage & Security

• Your data stays on your device unless you enable iCloud sync.
• iCloud data is stored in your private iCloud container and secured by Apple. Manage it via Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
• Deleting the app removes local data from your device. iCloud data can be removed from iOS Settings if enabled.

4) Third‑Party Services

• Apple iCloud (optional) – storage and sync.
• Apple Notifications & Live Activities – reminders and timers.
• Apple diagnostics (optional) – crash/performance analytics if you opt in at the OS level.

5) Your Choices

• Opt‑out of iCloud sync any time in iOS Settings.
• Control notifications via iOS Settings > Notifications.
• Access or delete data: your data is visible and editable in the app. You can delete it by removing items or uninstalling the app. To request help, contact us.

6) Children’s Privacy

TimeBoxr is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7) Changes

We may update this policy. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and include the new policy in the same URL.
